Our measures on the GreenExhaust device

Here we present the results of GreenExhaust installation on an old, especially polluting and obsolete diesel engine powered car. We did our measurements on MAHA 3000LPS measuring bench. Our subject car has a 1.9d SDI enine without electronic controll and with an Euro 2 classification. The vehicle odometer was at 345.000 km before our measurements. There are still millions od these older models on our roads.

We first did a measurement with the stock exhaust system that has been installed during the manufacturing.

During the installation of GreenExhaust we had to remove the catalytic converter, as done on many used cars on the road, as it was unable to perform its task anymore and we installed the GreenExhaust into the exhaust system. We reproduced the conditions where an old, underperforeming system is replaced by our new, 'green' solution.

Testcar 1

Results:

Reduced CO2 and NOx emissions with Greenexhaust.

In the world there are millions of badly polluting vehicles still on the road. These vehicles are used with a malfunctioning or missing catalytic converter further increasing their pollutant production. It is possible to retrospecively install an engine-specific GreenExhaust with hight mileage in 'green programs'. Through this we could achieve significant decrease of pollutants produced by motor vehicles worldwide.

Testcar 2

Our second test subject is a modern car with a 110kw TDI engine and Euro 5 classification ran for 45.000 km of daily usage. We did our first measurements with factory exhaust system: a Catalytic converter, DPF filter and an EGR valve.
We installed a custom designed GreenExhaust with no further modifications to the car's exhaust system.

Results:

Significant CO2 and NOx emission reductions over the entire rev range. By reprogramming the ECU, further CO2 and NOx reductions can be achieved and the EGR system, which causes many problems, can be eliminated.

Testcar 3

The test car3 is a EURO 6d-rated 85 kW TDI engine vehicle with a mileage of 65,000 km. The first measurements were carried out in factory condition. During the measurements, the EGR and then the Adblue system were switched off.

Results:

Significant CO2 and NOX emission reductions over the entire rev range.
Experience shows that by combining Grennexhaust with Adblue :
- EURO 7 standard can be met
- the installation of EGR is no longer justified.
With Greenexhaust, a clean diesel-hybrid combination can be achieved.
